In addition to this site, we host two internet radio shows on not-for-profit, PRS-licensed Daz in the Hat radio, four new podcasts, and streaming parties on Stationhead featuring indie artists. We’re always on the lookout for great music from unsigned and indie label artists.
Submission guidelines
- Feel free to use the form to the right, if it suits, otherwise, email brookenrecordblog@gmail.com with “Music submission” as subject line
- Please include MP3 or WAV files (either as attachments or links)
- Ensure tracks are correctly named with song title and artist name
- Links to EPKs and press releases are always appreciated, if available
- If not already included in accompanying documents, please include track title, release date, and any other relevant information in your email (e.g. title of EP or album it’s part of, when and where song or album can be purchased)
- Include social media handles for tagging when track(s) are played or included in playlist
- Please indicate if you’re interested in being considered for a feature. If so, please provide the name and email address of manager, publicist or other coordinating team member, if arrangements won’t be handled by the band.
Please note that while we give all submissions due consideration, we reserve the right to play and feature the music we choose and cannot guarantee airplay for all submissions.
